Calling daily. I blocked number but somehow they get through to my voice mail. Message is exactly as posted above. I went ahead and tried to call the number. Recorded message is "can't complete call at this time. Please try again." It is a scam, but can't be stopped. They keep leaving messages on my phone even when blocked.
