They are a 3rd party debt collector for Nelnet Student loans, federal loans. They will work with you to completely and legally, with no cost to you, to eliminate student loan debt if you can show permanent disability to earn income otherwise, they are a 3rd party bill collector and be very cautious dealing with them. Again, we have no issue with our loan but you may have, be careful
