THIS IS A SCAM! Pretending to be your bank. They have fake reviews all over the place trying to sound legitimate. Do not call the number back. Call your own bank directly (look on the back of your debit card).

Pretended to be my bank (very old account) and said suspicious activity on my debit card....had my name and last 4#s of my bank card. I called the bank directly and there is no issue or fraud alert. My account is not even active as I closed it 1 year ago. DO NOT call the number back or give them any info.

833-763-2031 is basically a company all banks use for cc/debt cards (a search will show several banks with that number). Usually about possible fraud use on your card.

To all of you saying this is a legit third party fraud center your bank uses, you must be working for the scammer. Because its not. I got a text last night before this number called me this morning. The name of the bank they gave was one I had never heard of and never done business with. And the last 4 digits of the card they gave did not match any card that I have. This is scam.

I double checked the number with my bank, it is a fraud department third party who takes over for Southstate Banking especially when their office hours are closed. Always call the bank if you can to confirm, like I did.
