Received text 21581 from Credence Resource Management with text for another persons name not mine about Optimum. Then received call from 1 833-723-7998 no message left so I called number & spoke with foreign speaking man. I ask to have my number removed from their collection list since collection not even for me.

Called asking me to verify my information before even telling me who they were. Saying they were with Optimum. Nice try buddy, I don't owe optimum anything and they wouldn't be calling me if i did....

calling during the holidays is crazy work… especially when it’s a hidden internet bill that was almost two years ago but they don’t sound professional at all!
