Calls over and over asking for someone that is NOT me I tell them it's not me and then they want to know if I know the person. I block and then they call again from a different (similar) number

calling non-stop for someone other than me. tell them over and over I am not the person. block them and they call from different numbers

Calls multiple times a day. When I called back to have my name removed from the list they asked for my SSN and full name. I hung up and blocked the number.
