I’m on do not call list for decades. It may not be a legitimate sales call from Comcast as recording only stated “Press two if you want to speak to one of our promotional specialist please press zero…” that’s it. This phraseology is usually an indication of a scam call.

Calls me repeatedly. I have NO ISSUES. Everything is working fine on my Comcast Xfinity. When he calls, he hangs up. Never even says hello. 10 calls a week. He did talk once. He said he was with Comcast. Then he says that he wants to know how many devices I have hooked up to Comcast. Of course if he was Comcast then he would know how many we have hooked up to Comcast. Calling me repeatedly and hanging up when I answer is childish. THIS IS A SCAM. It is called FISHING. There have been repeated complaints such as mine. Do NOT tell me or any of the rest below that this is Comcast. It is NOT.

Unsolicited call. Caller ID is Comcast Cable Phone and person states he is Comcast Technical Support (sounded like Indian accent). Said they tried to apply security updates to my Comcast cable modem however received error codes and could not apply updates. Wanted me to go to modem and tell him what lights were on/blinking and asked if I downloaded anything from the internet.
