WHY do you keep claiming this is an "insurance" call. The *only* way this could be remotely described as such is if people think that those who solicit anyone/everyone to use whatever "agent" is selling whatever product is partnered with any insurance provider who uses third party "partners" - regardless if they're actually a part of the company - just plain allows these providers of subsidiary services to either use the company's name. These callers represent NUMEROUS companies, which is why you see so many different ones in the responses here. What they *don't* actually represent is the actual insurance company. They are ONLY third parties telephone soliciting in general for whoever hires them. So please, RoboKiller, stop letting these duped people describe any/all calls from this number as "insurance" when they're just solicitors & even the actual insurance company will tell you that.

I am a client of Anthem and I take great exception to a robocall without caller ID identification that invites me to a "forum" of which I have no interest, especially at dinner time. This seems below blue Cross standards and I will be calling about this! Did not like it at all!!

Anthem left a voicemail inviting me to a telephone townhall to let members know the services available to them. I am a member this wasn't a scam but I detest that the call doesn't show as coming from Anthem. I don't answer any calls from unknowns.

During lockdown, when people get scam calls daily, a legit operation needs to compete. That means leaving a message, which is something scammers don't do (there was no vm message). But to be fair to the process, anyone soliciting me for health insurance by phone will pretty much end up on the bottom of my list - I make my important decisions by meticulous research - not by one-off solicitation calls.
